Marc Rebillet, commonly referred to as Loop Daddy, rose to fame by posting his improvised music online. Taking short samples from songs he liked and looping them over and over, creating beat-based tracks was his specialty.
He is inspired by Flying Lotus, Reggie Watts and James Blake – and this has had an enormous impact on his music. He blends these genres with acid funk, trap music and even jazz into a unique sound.
