Jesse Kardon, better known by his stage name Subtronics, has amassed an enthusiastic following dubbed the Cyclops Army. He has performed at sold-out events and festivals such as Lost Lands and Electric Forest – earning accolades such as Best Performance by an Artist on both occasions.

He’s currently touring in support of his latest album, Tesseract. Drawing inspiration from geometric fractals, it takes audiences on an auditory journey.

Jesse Kardon, better known by his dubstep producer moniker Subtronics, has earned himself an immense following within the bass music scene for his unique blend of wonky dubstep with riddim and other bass-heavy genres. He collaborates with a host of talented producers on Cyclops’ roster of talented producers to craft beats that deftly navigate between otherworldly melodies and aggressive mechanized basslines. Subtronics’ forthcoming album TESSERACT draws its inspiration from fourth-dimensional geometry marvel tesseract; an irregular cube-shaped polyhedron which can hold multiple cubes within itself – pushing genre fluidity boundaries while pushing sound design limits further!

Subtronics has released music through Cyclops Recordings as well as remix/collaboration projects with artists like GRiZ and Zeds Dead. His debut full-length release FRACTALS showcases an impressive variety of styles that surpass conventional genre boundaries.

Fractal Audio Systems was highlighted in a Wall Street Journal article about concert technicians’ skills. Axe-Fx II firmware 18 with G3 Amp Modeling and Cab Lab 3 IR mixer tools began shipping, while an expression/volume pedal, called the EV-1 was introduced for sale.

Subtronics is an icon in bass music. His collaboration with GRiZ on “Griztronics” reached Billboard’s Next Big Sound chart and his unique sound transcends genre boundaries.

Kardon’s chaotic mix of drums and nature sounds is held together by an ominous bassline that features a gnarly chord progression matched with an unnaturally pinched kick drum sample and unnatural chord progressions – producing an intricate Frankenstein of a tune with all elements bouncing and bobbing around but coming together into an infuriatingly catchy hook.

Kardon is not only known for his own productions, but has been a key force behind the expansion of bass music scene by helping pioneer drive-in and pod events. Through Cyclops Recordings label and mixtape series he has solidified his place within scene while working alongside some of industry’s finest producers.

Subtronics has released Boot Camp as an epic label compilation featuring tracks gathered via cryptic call to action emails earlier this week. Comprised of three EP-sized volumes titled High Knees Headquarters, Psychedelic Division and Heavy Artillery Division featuring contributions from Akeos, Syzy, Control Freak LEVEL UP phonon MAD DUBZ Al Ross Cavemen G-Space Vanfleet the compilation will also be supported by sold out drive-in events taking place December 11-13th.
